Months In the Year In my previous post Week Days , I said I will acquaint you with the names of month in the year. I also said “a typical native speaker will not use English in place of a word that is available in his language. Though people can do that when the person they are communicating with is not fluent in the native language. But with that you can’t help the person learn faster. So be an encourager not a discourager.” Now here we are, learn them. Everyday Vocabularies You are working hard to increase your vocabulary. Here is another tip to keep you going, which will eventually make you reach your goal.  LISTEN AND READ. Be a voracious reader. Read publications, magazines, listen to videos and audio recordings in your new language. This will introduce you to a plethora of words. Try to get the meaning of these words. Remember, at least 5 to 10 each day. The reason?   The Bible has indispensable advice for people of all time, ages, background, culture, and language group. It’s practical advice never fades from generation to generation. It is the most translated book in human history. It has endured countless of opposition, yet it is still the most populated book today. It is also scientifically accurate.            Names of Animals In Isoko   Want to find out how you can learn a new language quickly, without the need for expensive classes or language learning softwares? There are really no secrets or shortcuts, you just need to commit to your new language; be willing to work hard and not be afraid to make mistakes . Start with the steps below . 1.      Learn a few greeting words in the language before you learn the alphabet. 2.      Learn the alphabet of the language you are learning, if necessary. 3.      Learn vocabulary. (at least ten each day) 4.      Learn to count in the new language. 5.      Don't worry too much about grammar. 6.      Work on pronunciation.
